1. When will my order be shipped?
Most orders are shipped in twenty-four hours on business days. Occasionally items are out of
stock. Which is why Choosing Priority Methods do not guarantee a delivery date. You will be
notified if an item is out of stock. If you need an order rushed please let us know so we can
accommodate your order.
2. What will my order arrive in?
All orders are shipped in plain mailers to ensure the utmost discretion. Return labels are
addressed to LPV.
3. How will you contact me if there is a problem?
Most communication is through email. The only time you will receive a call from us is if your
email address is incorrect, your mailing address is incorrect, or there has been no response.
4. Are all the items returnable or refundable?
Please contact us immediately with any problems with your order. We deal with this on a case
by case basis. We always do our best to accommodate our customers.
5. How much will I be charged for shipping?
Most orders are calculated in real time UPS shipping by the method you choose. Orders may
be sent COD inside the United States but an extra handling charge of $8.50 will be charged as
well as shipping rate. A 7% tax is charged to all orders.
6. What if I need to cancel my order?
Cancelled orders are charged a 25% of the total order (restock fee) and shipping if already
shipped. Returned COD's are charged a 35% restock fee and the shipping charges. This will
help keep our prices low for those that order honestly.
